3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all sensitive data. Your transaction PIN and passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All communication is secured via HTTPS/TLS.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify) and VTU providers strictly to fulfil your transactions. These partners are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

By using Sufykhaan D-H, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Wallet & Funding

Your Sufykhaan D-H wallet is for making VTU transactions on our platform only. Minimum funding is ₦100 and maximum per transaction is ₦500,000. Wallet funds cannot be transferred to third parties.

3. Transactions

• All transactions are final once processed and confirmed
• Ensure all details (phone numbers, meter numbers) are correct before confirming
• We are not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the user
• Failed transactions are reversed to your wallet within 24 hours

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use this platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Accounts found engaging in suspicious activity will be suspended without notice and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses during provider-side outages.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach our Acceptable Use Policy. Wallet balances of legitimately terminated accounts will be refunded after investigation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation before litigation.

Sufykhaan D-H is committed to fair and transparent refunds. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.

1. Automatic Reversals

Any transaction that fails due to a system error or provider failure will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once the reversal is completed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Airtime or data not delivered within 10 minutes of a successful payment
• Electricity token not received after successful meter payment
• Cable TV not activated after successful subscription payment
• Duplicate charges on the same transaction

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Transactions completed with incorrect phone numbers or meter numbers
• Airtime or data successfully delivered to the correct number
• Change of mind after a transaction is processed

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of the transaction. Provide your transaction reference number. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved wallet refunds are processed within 24 hours. Bank refunds for external payments may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Sufykhaan D-H platform.

Permitted Uses

• Personal airtime and data recharge for yourself or family members
• Payment of your own utility bills and subscriptions
• Reselling services as an authorised sub-agent (where applicable)

Strictly Prohibited

• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or pricing
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools without written permission
• Providing false identity information during registration
• Using another person's payment details without their consent

Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension. Serious violations will be reported to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
